Refund & Return:

1. When it comes to digital products that have been sent, returns or refunds are only possible if the product keys have not been redeemed. Once a product key has been redeemed on the activation platform, it cannot be redeemed again, and therefore, no refund can be provided.

2. Horan Network reserves the right to verify the validity of a product key within seven calendar days. If it is found that the product key has already been activated, Horan Network has the right to refuse payment, as the agreed-upon service has already been provided.

3. If a product has not yet been delivered, cancellation and refund are possible at any time, even after the expiration of the 14-day period.

4. Customers must notify us of their decision to cancel an order by sending a clear declaration via email to

5. Other reasons for return may include faulty products, such as invalid or already redeemed game keys. Customers should report such issues to Horan Network within 14 days of receiving the delivery by sending an email to Horan Network may request customers to provide evidence for the reported problems.

6. Refunds will not be issued due to customer dissatisfaction with the product or if their computer does not meet the minimum product requirements.



For a full refund:

1. If a customer has purchased the wrong game or no longer wants the game, we can refund and retrieve the key within 14 days from the purchase date, provided that the key has not been redeemed.

2. If a customer has pre-ordered a game and the key has not been sent, they can request a refund at any time before the delivery.

3. If a game key cannot be redeemed as expected, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement key after examining the problem.

Partial refunds only apply in the following scenario:

If a customer has purchased two or more games in a single order and requests a refund for one of the games, they will receive a partial refund for that specific game in the order.

Please note:

If a customer cancels an order, we will refund all payments received from them, including the delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from choosing a different type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us). We aim to use the same payment method the customer used in the original transaction for the repayment, unless the payment service does not allow direct refunding. In such cases, we will contact the customer to discuss alternative refund methods. Customers will not be charged any additional fees for the repayment.

We reserve the right to refuse repayment until we have validated that the goods are in faultless condition. For game keys, this means they have not been redeemed.

If the delivery has already been made, the customer must immediately contact us by email to inform us about the cancellation.

Reimbursement of the originally paid amount is excluded if the product keys that have already been sent have been redeemed.
